In most cases your order delivered within 2 days. Do you have specific requirements regarding the transmission, eg "if no answer deliver it to neighbors" or "only deliver on Wednesday or Thursday" there is the possibility to indicate this when ordering.
With every order we count 4, - Euro shipping. For orders over 150 euro we expect free shipping to the Netherlands.
Returns or Exchange
Have you ordered anything wrong, despite the order, or any other reason than you can under certain conditions the order return or exchange.
Returns are accepted if the item is undamaged, unused and the original packaging and any seals are also undamaged. Send the article including all accessories, within 7 days sealed back of the original invoice / packing slip in a proper container.
